Join us this spring in the tranquil gardens of Nedra Matteucci Galleries for a nourishing half day retreat designed to ground your body, awaken your energy, and spark your creative spirit.

We’ll begin by gently opening the space with a heart centered cacao ritual, inviting warmth, intention, and connection. From there, you’ll be guided through an energizing yet accessible Kundalini yoga practice focused on breath, movement, and awakening your inner vitality, followed by immersive sound healing to help integrate and restore balance. The morning will soften into a guided meditation, allowing you to settle into stillness and clarity.

Midday, you’ll be treated to a thoughtfully curated gourmet vegetarian lunch by Pineapple Sage Wellness, served in the serene outdoor garden setting.
